About Hideaki Horiuchi

After studying English in Toronto Canada, Hideaki Horiuchi started his IT career in a bilingual helpdesk team, at a major consulting company. After getting some experience as call center staff, network engineer, server engineer and as an Internal IT Manager, he joined eSolia in September 2007, and assumed the position of ITMS Manager in 2010.

Horiuchi strongly believes that however great a system or consulting is, it is meaningless without end users’ correct understanding. His highest priority is to preserve customer profit, and he endeavors to provide the best service to that end.

In his free time, he enjoys puzzle games, and his favorite sport is swimming.
